Please make sure that you go to the Calendar Event or https://winstonhillshawks.teamapp.com/events/6279467 and purchase your meals ticket (1 Per Family) prior to arriving at Del Rio.
Please pass this message forward to any former Hawks families that you may have invited who are no longer active on TeamApp – they will be able to purchase their meals ticket using the link above.
If you haven’t Booked your campsite please do so by contacting Del Rio on (02) 4566 4330 and let them know you are with the Hawks. They are holding a limited number of sites for any late bookings.

Update 7/9/2018
Del Rio need to start seeing some bookings in their system or we will loose our reservations. They have given us a week for Hawks members to book sites or they will open them up to another group that is on their waiting list. Please call Del Rio on the number below and get your site booked asap.

Planning for the annual Hawks camp is well underway.
We have reserved the same unpowered camp-sites as the last few years. If you wish to stay in the nearby Riverside Cabins – get in quick there are a limited number available.

What you need to do:
1. RSVP to TeamApp Calendar Event (below) with your +1’s and names so we know numbers for catering.

2. Call Del Rio Resort on 0245664330 and book and pay 50% for your accommodation – Make sure you tell them you’re with the Winston Hills Hawks.

3. Purchase your meals ticket using the link below. Cost is $60 per family. Can you please include the names of everyone that you are paying for.

Unpowered Camping (Plenty of space and availability) Let Del Rio know you’re a Hawk and they will add you to our area.
$45 per night (1 adult, 1 Child) – $15/night additional adult, $10/night additional child

Riverside cabins – Limited availability (Call Del Rio for pricing and availability)

Food: $60 per Family (Includes Dinner Fri, Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner Sat, Breakfast Sun + fruit for snacks) also includes Hire of the Coolroom and filling gas bottles

Activities: BMX track, Playground/Jumping Pillow, Mini Golf, Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, 9 Hole Golf course & more
